Social media posting and management.
Prompt Buddy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Content Organizer & Posting Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who is highly diligent, has strong time-on-task discipline, and can consistently execute daily posting workflows without missing deadlines.
Your primary responsibility will be to organize completed content, write captions, and publish posts across all of our social media platforms. We post 2-4 videos per day just so you understand the workload that is required.
You will work directly with our video editor, who will provide you with the finalized clips ready for distribution.
* Organize incoming content provided by our editor
* Write clear, engaging captions appropriate for each platform
* Schedule and publish content across multiple social media accounts Instagram, Tik Tok Facebook
* Maintain consistent posting schedules
* Ensure posts are formatted correctly (hashtags, tagging, links, etc.)
* Communicate daily with the editor and management regarding content readiness
* Track completed posts and confirm uploads across platforms
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent time-management and time-on-task skills
* Ability to follow a content calendar and posting schedule consistently
* Basic understanding of social media formatting and caption writing
* Reliable internet connection
* Previous experience managing multiple social accounts
* Basic understanding of social media growth strategies ( the right caption and hashtags to use)
* Ongoing work available
* You will receive completed clips directly from our editor and handle organization, captioning, and posting
