WFH Client Support Specialist

Role Highlights
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs
Assist individuals in selecting and enrolling in appropriate coverage
Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
Participate in team meetings and ongoing leadership development
