Industrial Maintenance Technician

Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to do industrial maintenance in a local packaging company/manufacturer.

salary: $60,320 - $68,640 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

•Schedules and oversees all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance
technicians
• Ensures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA
guidelines
• Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations
• Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
• Assist in developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance program and Total Productive
Maintenance(TPM)
• Coaching, training, and developing maintenance staff
• Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff
• Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
• Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
• Drafting maintenance & Reliability reports

The essential functions of this role include:
