Assistant Clinic Director- BCBA
- Supervise clinical practice and ensure high-standard behavioral health services
- Manage clinic operations and maintain alignment with company policies and operational timelines
- Maintain a clinical caseload of 6 clients
- Collaborate with admissions, recruiting, credentialing, authorizations, billing, and HR teams
- Monitor and drive BCBA and RBT productivity
- Reduce client cancellations and achieve client admission targets
- Manage authorized versus scheduled hours to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee client admissions into the Early Intervention program and ensure timely service conversions
- Align staff hiring with client needs and manage staff turnover through retention strategies
- Foster a collaborative, professional work environment and conduct staff feedback sessions and evaluations
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain (if applicable in state of employment)
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral analysis (leadership experience preferred)
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse clinical and administrative teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
