What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Clinic Director at Opal Autism Centers, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a clinic, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services are delivered to clients with autism. You’ll lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, maintain a caseload, and oversee key performance indicators crucial to the clinic’s operational and clinical success.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical practice and ensure high-standard behavioral health services
Manage clinic operations and maintain alignment with company policies and operational timelines
Maintain a clinical caseload of 6 clients
Collaborate with admissions, recruiting, credentialing, authorizations, billing, and HR teams
Monitor and drive BCBA and RBT productivity
Reduce client cancellations and achieve client admission targets
Manage authorized versus scheduled hours to ensure efficient service delivery
Oversee client admissions into the Early Intervention program and ensure timely service conversions
Align staff hiring with client needs and manage staff turnover through retention strategies
Foster a collaborative, professional work environment and conduct staff feedback sessions and evaluations

Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain (if applicable in state of employment)
At least 1 year of experience in behavioral analysis (leadership experience preferred)
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse clinical and administrative teams
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
