Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders, and recommendations
• Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
• Process parts transactions accurately (inâ€'person, phone, and internal service department requests)
• Maintain parts inventory, stock shelves, and receive shipments
• Support technicians by ensuring timely parts availability
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Meet performance goals tied to commission and bonus opportunities

• Previous automotive parts counter experience required (dealership experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and OEM parts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using parts lookup software and DMS systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
