As a Global Business Expert in Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team, with members located across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America.

As a Global Business Expert: Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P, you create chemistry by...

• Implementing new organizational and / or technical concepts for processes in Manufacturing, Site Logistics and P2P, whereas Manufacturing is including seeds multiplication and processing. Strong alignment with relevant stakeholders including global process owners. Facilitating and contributing to change and test management activities.
• Driving innovation and automation activities, e.g. based on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology. Continuously assessing improvement potentials and implementing new solutions when available.
• Tracking and addressing adherence to business rules and processes including monitoring via KPIs, processing mapping tools, and reports.
• Leading regional, sub-regional and local key-user communities to enforce continuous communication and best practice exchange. Definition and monitoring of service levels for external and internal partners, considering specifics of the Agricultural Solutions business.
• Leading projects or project workstreams with cross-organizational or cross-functional aspects, e.g. S/4HANA implementation or supply chain integration of acquired businesses.
• Executing key-user and end-user support including: Issue-solving in day-to-day business, training, monitoring tasks and data maintenance.

If you...

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Bring over 8 years of progressive experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P processes and tools.
• Possess substantial knowledge of the agricultural industry, including the seeds business.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in supply chain, operations, and logistics processes, with hands-on experience using tools such as SAP transactions, BW applications, and data lake queries.
• Command proficiency in Microsoft standard applications, SAP ERP, and related tools for Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P, along with the ability to use process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) for mapping and design.
• Exhibit fluency in English (verbal and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects or lead workstreams, consistently enhancing the customer and business partner experience across the Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P domains.
• Show readiness to travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally.
