Your New Role

Step into the role of Material Supply Strategist, a position central to orchestrating the symbiotic relationship between materials and production capacity at GKN Automotive. In this dynamic setting, you'll take charge of production timelines, ensuring the precise alignment of resources and manufacturing potential, all while adhering to stringent inventory accuracy standards. The position demands a proactive approach in coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless production flow.

Your track record should reveal a direct hand in production scheduling, adept at reacting to variable demands and operational shifts.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of two years of experience mastering production schedules in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a keen ability to navigate complex planning
• Proficient in advanced Excel techniques and data analytics
• Strong command of English for effective international collaboration

Preferred Profile

• Experience with SAP or related ERP solutions
• Strong analytical decision-making skills through data interpretation
• Familiarity with lean methodologies in manufacturing and logistics
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interdepartmental collaboration
• Experience in automotive supply chains
