Job Title: Cash Application Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $20 – $22 / hour

About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is working with a growing healthcare organization to identify multiple Cash Application Specialists for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a great chance to join a team undergoing positive transformation, with leadership focused on building a collaborative and energized culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post insurance payments into the system based on daily assignments
• Work within payment platforms and systems
• Assist with cross-training in refund processing
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure accurate and timely posting
• Maintain attention to detail while working with EOBs, copays, and deductibles
• Support ongoing process improvements and team initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
• Familiarity with EOBs, insurance payments, copays, and deductibles
• Experience with lockbox or auto-posting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
