Event Customer Service Representative - Entry Level | Paid Training
We’re hiring Event Customer Service Representatives to be the face of nonprofit organizations and ethical brand partners , delivering exceptional customer experiences and positive brand engagement .
This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, event management, and marketing while growing into leadership roles.
🎯 What You’ll Do
As an Event Customer Service Representative , you will:
Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events, pop-up activations, and promotional campaigns
Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional, and informative interactions
Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and distribution of promotional materials
Collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
Collect customer feedback and track interactions to improve campaign performance
Troubleshoot on-site challenges with a solution-oriented, professional approach
Deliver a positive, energetic, and engaging brand experience at all times
