As an Event Customer Service Representative , you will:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events, pop-up activations, and promotional campaigns

• Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional, and informative interactions

• Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and distribution of promotional materials

• Collaborate with event coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution

• Collect customer feedback and track interactions to improve campaign performance
