Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all machinery operates efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff in daily operations and repair tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to optimize costs while maintaining high operational standards.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, and GMP regulations.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address any maintenance-related production issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, Kosher, and GMP standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
