Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.

Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Teamwork & Efficiency: Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours. Adapt to menu changes as needed.

Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following proper cleaning protocols, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and handling waste appropriately.

Coordination & Communication: Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to fulfill orders efficiently and maintain seamless workflow

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations for food handling, preparation, and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required—we welcome individuals eager to learn!

Passion for food and a strong desire to contribute to a high-energy team environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
