Solo Drivers and Established Team Drivers Needed! Most of our drivers are dedicated to a specific area so you will have a more predictable schedule than a typical trucking job. Enjoy less micro-management and a more relaxed schedule, and less waiting around in loading docks. These are LTL Touch Freight Loads.

The Way Ventures LLC is a Regional LTL Carrier, looking for professional, responsible drivers to deliver retail furniture to stores and warehouses.

Our regional positions are excellent for those who prefer to be home on the weekends and sometimes mid-week. We also have long-haul positions for those that prefer to stay out for more than a week at a time.

Equipment for Operation includes:

- Ram 3500 – (1-TON DULLY TRUCK) pulling a 45-FT GOOSENECK TRAILER.

- 26-FT Box Truck, Dock height with Lift gate. 13’6 Clearance 102” Roll-up Door

LTL Multi-Stop Furniture Loads Pay $.45 per mile plus $15.00 per stop. Some drivers earn as much as $1,900 per week.
