This Restorative-Focused General Dentistry Practice has a full-time position for an associate dentist to take over patients when one of the partners retires in Spring 2026.

- Quality over quantity. Intentionally scheduled with fewer patients but bigger cases than a typical practice
- Experienced support team and modern office with CBCT, iTero, implant system
- 2-dentist practice with one partner retiring. Retiring partners producing $1 Million annually
- Partnership potential in 2-3 years
- Pay on the greater of a daily rate or a percentage. No lab deductions. Benefits available
This is an excellent opportunity for a North Carolina-licensed dentist with an AEGD and/or at least 2 years of experience. The associate needs great people skills and high standards for quality.
