Automotive Technician
Description of the Role: The Automotive Technician role at Classic Kia of Smithfield involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities:
- Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Performing maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repairing or replacing vehicle parts and systems, such as brakes, engines, and electrical components
- Keeping accurate records of all services and repairs performed
- Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician
- Automotive experience necessary
- Proficient knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- NC State Inspection is a plus
