Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, highquality, and compassionate care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards. The RN will play a key role in patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Clinical Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate staff
- Assist with diagnostic tests, wound care, and other clinical procedures
- Provide bedside care and support to patients with chronic and acute conditions
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and post-care instructions
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Serve as a patient advocate by ensuring that patients and families understand treatment plans and options
- Participate in care team meetings and provide updates on patient status
Compliance and Documentation:
- Accurately document all care provided, including assessments, interventions, outcomes, and patient education
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Qualifications:
- Education and Licensure:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- certifications
Experience:
- Minimum of [1 2] years of clinical nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome depending on facility)

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-stress environments
- Technologically proficient in using EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) and healthcare systems
Work Conditions:
- Requires long periods of standing, walking, and occasionally lifting patients or equipment
- Must be able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- May involve exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids
