People Solutions Navigator III- Leave of Absence
Essential Job Function
- Offers recommendations regarding specialty HR inquiries in adherence to established protocol and policies to resolve employee issues.
- Leads the implementation of special projects within Human Resources to promote learning and a positive employee experience.
- Promotes conflict resolution by using effective communication techniques to de-escalate the situation.
- Maintains knowledge of current laws and HR policies in order to make accurate judgements in response to employee inquiries.
- Updates the HR Knowledge Base when new information is encountered that may affect procedures.
- Provides unique insight to key areas of the business such as Processes Platform Functionality, Compliance, Advanced Pre-boarding, Adv Leaves/Workers Comp, and Bonus Management.
- Acts as a preceptor to more junior team members, supporting their growth and development in the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required: Associates Degree
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree
- Required: 5 years of related experience; Leave of Absence experience preferred.
