Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Travel Nursing Job
Join our healthcare team as an experienced Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Burlington, MA. This is a prime opportunity to work in a Trauma Level 1 Facility, delivering high-quality patient care. Enhance your nursing skills by floating to Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed.
Job Details
- Location: Burlington, MA
- Start Date: August 11, 2025
- End Date: November 8, 2025
- Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 hours (including every other weekend and holiday rotation)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,470 - $2,540
- 3-5 years of relevant inpatient experience, with at least 2 years in PCU, Med/Surg, or Telemetry in a Trauma Level 1 Facility
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- BLS Certification
- Experience with titrating pressors, managing vasoactive drips, and telemetry
- COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster required
- Tele test will be administered on the first day (pass/fail)
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU
- Float to Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed
- Manage patients on high flow and BiPAP
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in the holiday and weekend rotation
