Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to companies across various industries. This role is perfect for someone with a strong competitive spirit, high motivation to sell, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.

• Meet with local businesses to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions.

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.

• Represent the company at community events, networking groups, and industry functions.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (staffing or service industry preferred).

• Strong motivation to sell and exceed targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while being a team player.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

• Knowledge of the Johnston county market a plus.
