Nurse Practitioner
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Pediatric and Family Medicine practice. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and family medicine patients
- Conduct well-child visits, annual physicals, and preventive health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Manage immunizations and routine pediatric care
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Skills
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR system; experience with medical documentation standards including CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-10)
- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy for accurate patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
