3rd shift Maintenance Technician

Hourly Pay: $30-$33

Hours: M-F / 12am-8am

Climate controlled MFG Environment

Position Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of production and facility equipment. You’ll troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, support preventative maintenance efforts, and help ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, drives, and control circuits

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment

• Install, modify, and maintain machinery, wiring, and related systems

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions

• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to support repairs and upgrades

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Utilize a variety of tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectivel

• Electrical experience 24V-480V.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting, drives, and industrial electrical systems

• Background in manufacturing maintenance (high-speed equipment experience preferred)

• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to injection molding or thermoforming equipment

• Technical training or apprenticeship in a related field

• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training
