PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

IMMEDIATLY seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the Winston Salem / Rural Hall area. Must have minimum 5 years in a production supervisor role and the ability to train employees on production procedures, record and report KPI's, schedule team shifts/ hours, and generally ensure the production runs smoothly and all metrics are hit. MUST be very knowledgeable with saftey processes and procedures such as OSHA standards, Lean certificated huge plus.

salary: $27 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Leading, guiding, and helping a team of production workers for a manufacturing warehouse.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
