Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary General Laborer to assist with various production and construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret patterns or blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions accurately, and safely operate hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties as assigned

Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, and work orders

Follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Measure, cut, assemble, or modify materials according to specifications

Safely operate hand tools and power tools

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures

Assist team members and supervisors as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand patterns and blueprints

Ability to follow instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Comfortable working in a warehouse or construction environment
