Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, NC, supporting cloud-based data engineering initiatives using Microsoft Azure technologies. The role offers the chance to work on enterprise data platforms, modern data pipelines, and cloud-native analytics solutions in a senior-level capacity.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and downstream business use cases.
• Implement and support cloud-based data lake solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Partner with technology, data, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into secure and efficient solutions.
• Support data security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud-based data environments.
• Contribute to modernization efforts involving Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.

Do you bring proven success in Azure data engineering and cloud data platform delivery?

• 10+ years of overall technology/data engineering experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and developing data solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Experience building data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data integration workflows.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, governance, and enterprise data standards.
• Azure certifications are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, enterprise environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
