Discipleship Ministry Administrative Assistant

Summary: Calvary has an opening for a full-time Discipleship Ministry Administrative Assistant.
This full-time position supports the Pastor of Discipleship Ministry. Responsibilities include coordinating the logistics and attendance for Wednesday Electives and Adult Life Groups on Sunday mornings, plus additional duties as assigned. Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate well with others.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum of a high school diploma. Must have administrative/office experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Requires the ability to learn Calvary's church management software and systems, including ACS, E-Space, and Fellowship One.
- Must be a member or willing to become a member of Calvary Church.
