Team Lead
The Team Lead is responsible for guiding, helping, and facilitating a diverse group of employees to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities. This role ensures that production assembly goals and high manufacturing quality standards are met. Additionally, the Team Lead is tasked with addressing employee issues and concerns, directing them to the Production Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
Responsibilities- Facilitate work teams in building products according to defined production station environments.
- Train and coach employees on organizing work areas for various assembly methods.
- Monitor production quality within the production station and take measures to minimize quality and waste issues.
- Operate a computer system and/or manually track information to facilitate merchandise flow.
- Ensure accuracy of all required paperwork, including disbursement and counts of rejected items, and collect data for hourly reports, providing detailed summaries as required by management.
- Set-up teams and assemblers to ensure proper product flow with minimal set-up time.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is divided into two sectors: a distribution center and a production side focused on assembling products. The role requires adaptability to both sectors, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rocky Mount, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39500.00 - $42600.00/yr.
