Your New Role :

The Digital Operator role involves operating two of our printing presses and finishing equipment such as the knife and Sewing machine.

Job Description:

• Verifying specs, quantities, tagging accuracy, and troubleshooting both simple and complex issues.
• Ability to operate machinery (press, knife, folder, shrink wrapper)
• troubleshooting issues with files, machines, and workflows—both basic and complex.
• Ability to work effectively with team members, participate in discussions, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Familiarity with print on demand workflow, file transfers, and printing processes.
• Experience with folding, stitching, trimming, and shrink wrapping.
• Hands-on experience with digital presses, knives, folders, and shrink wrap equipment.
• Understanding of file properties, setup, and naming conventions.
• Experience with imposition software and digital workflow systems.
