Job Summary:

The primary duty of this position is to formulate, execute, and maintain strategic tools & process solutions, which drive value for our key stakeholders. In this role, you will focus on understanding internal stakeholders’ needs, lead a team to translate those needs into fulfilling solutions, and then guide stakeholders into adoption and ongoing use of those solutions – all while working with a knowledgeable, supportive team that celebrates your successes alongside of you. This role includes strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder partnership components, with a focus on process improvement, financial analysis, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline processes, optimize reporting, and generate new solutions with a keen appreciation for how the solution will enhance performance for the
• Category Development team as well as the team’s key stakeholders.
• Launch new solutions with a consistent focus on ‘ease of adoption’ for stakeholders.
• Sustain solutions with a meticulous focus on routine maintenance and iterative feedback to ensure long-term success.
• Lead 1-2 associates toward successful accomplishment of specific project goals and broader KPIs, while increasing the teams’ proficiency in core competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply chain, category, finance or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering results while being self-motivated and driven.
• Solution-oriented mindset and superior attention to detail, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills to develop partnerships with adjacent teams and incorporate constructive feedback appropriately.
• Strong presentation skills to train, inspire, and influence change both formally and informally.
• Ability to flex personal work style to different projects & audiences.
