What You'll Do:- Prepare site‑development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Design water, sewer, and storm‑drainage infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land‑development projects
- Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams
- Produce and refine models in Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards
- Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 3+ years of experience designing land‑development projects using Civil 3D
- EIT or PE registration preferred (or ability to obtain PE within one year)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Schedule:
On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
