Certified Maintenance Technician
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Requirements
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- Previous maintenance experience in property management preferred
