Financial Operations Associate POST NUMBER: 464327
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal reporting.
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests.
- Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables.
- Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- 5–10 years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles. Financial Services experience is required
- Experience in consulting services or financial services is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally.
