Maintanance Supervisor

Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Large heavy industrial plant has an immediate need for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. The person will be responsiible for overseeing a team of technicians on the shift (Monday - Friday)
**Key Qualifications:**- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Well versed working with CMMS systems.
- Ability to effectively lead the team.
- Solid background in maintenance with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and come up with a plan of action.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong delegation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to quickly determine effective courses of action.
- Experience identifying KPI's, analyze business data, etc.
- Must be open to working occasional nights.
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly desireable
