Pizza Cook
- Prepare and manage dough production with attention to fermentation timelines and hydration levels.
- Execute consistent, high-quality pizzas using a high-temperature oven during service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the pizza station and oven.
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and finishing of all pizzas according to Bardea standards.
- Assist in inventory tracking and ordering for pizza-related ingredients.
- Collaborate with chefs on new toppings, seasonal variations, and rotating specials.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
- 1+ years of experience in a pizza-centric kitchen (Neapolitan or artisan-style preferred).
- Deep understanding of fermentation and dough handling techniques.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for creativity, consistency, and teamwork.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
