Project Summery:

• Will be working with Wholesale operations teams to build out a shared mailbox management solution effecting 1000+ mailboxes which will give group ability to summarize cases, gather data, and eventually utilize AI to create long term solutions.

Duties:

• Will be contributing to the overall strategy, creation, and implementation of the case management tool. May act as longterm product owner.
• Guiding operations by identifying and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities for automation within operations
• Identifying business cases and how to effectively prioritize new technologies such as (optical character automation, Robotics processes automation, and open banking API

Top Skills:

• Strategic understanding of the digital landscape of Banking (Including generative A.I., automation, and robotics.
• Microsoft Dynamics – Specifically in case management tool
• Understanding of customer portals (how to build effectively and identify new opportunities)

Experience:

• Commercial banking
• Strong communication skills in project setting
• Executive presence
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Case management tool experience (salesforce, dynamics, etc.)

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring indepth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $58 - $63 on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
