Required Qualifications
Education: HS Diploma
Experience:
2+ years of administrative support experience of increasing variety and/or complexity
Experience with Excel
Attention to detail
In support of a department or group of professionals, regularly required to resolve moderately complex (non-routine) administrative problems independently or with others. Problem resolution may include research. Tasks are typically diverse and advanced and will be confidential in nature.
1) Maintain compliance and accuracy of employee personnel files, ensuring all required licensure and documentation are up to date
2) Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information to support HR processes
3) Run reports and coordinate communications related to licensure, credentialing, and Joint Commission requirements
4) Support HRBP with pre-hire and onboarding coordination, including tracking documentation, managing communications, and uploading records into systems (e.g., API, OnBase)
5) Assist with new hire orientation logistics and coordination
6) Conduct degree and credential verifications as requested by the HR team
7) Serve as a liaison between HR and employees, supporting inquiries and facilitating communication
8) Provide support on special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
9) Perform other administrative related duties as needed to support HR operations Company Description
