As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in fall prevention , optimize physical movement and independence, provide comprehensive DME (Durable Medical Equipment) recommendations , and serve as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. Practice in an innovative model of care that provides comprehensive, all-inclusive services to older adults while utilizing our state-of-the-art therapy gym and equipment .

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by:
  • The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the APTA
  • Or another equivalent organization approved by the Secretary
• Current North Carolina Physical Therapy License required
• Current CPR Certification required (will provide)

• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population required
• Experience preferred in one or more of the following settings:
  • Outpatient Rehabilitation
  • Home Health
  • Acute Care/Hospital
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation
  • Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing
• Advanced clinical training and specialty certifications are highly desired
