In this role, you will be an essential part of maintaining the pristine condition and overall appearance of our beautiful golf course, ensuring an exceptional environment for our guests and members to enjoy.

• Perform general labor tasks including mowing, trimming, raking, and cleaning golf course grounds
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of golf course landscaping and turf
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure pathways, bunkers, and greens are clean and in optimal condition
• Assist irrigation specialists with watering and drainage tasks
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the golf course maintenance team to complete daily and seasonal projects

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, sometimes under varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment and tools or willingness to train
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
