The Kumon Math & Reading Center of Myers Park is actively looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Center and must have a positive demeanor, be outgoing and love working with children.
The position is part-time from 2 - 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome students and parents as they enter the Center
- Assist students, parents and staff while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Organize and input data
- Supervise students arriving and departing
- Assist administrative staff as needed, including printing/copying student materials
- Reception area maintenance
Qualifications
- Education--Associate Degree
- Customer Service experience--1 year
- Authorized to work in the U. S.
