"Here's what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires" General Description: The Delivery Lead role is a key role within TEKsystems Global Service's (TGS) organization and functions in the execution of day-to-day activities in support of multiple customer engagements. A successful Delivery Lead possesses strong collaboration and partnership skills for supporting processes and technologies that assist in driving successful outcomes. They are proactive and follow leadership guidance. This position is considered remote, supporting customers and teams within the portfolio. This role may require travel on a limited basis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered. - Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction. - Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued. - Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision. - Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and change control processes. - Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms. - Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing. - Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties. Required Experience: - 1 ~ 3 years of related experience - Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language) - Analysis and problem-solving skills - Time management and organizational skills - Collaboration skills - People management skills - Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master - Exposure to professional services agreements including the change management process. - Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications - Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills Preferred Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline - 1+ year experience in IT Environment or Professional Services Environment - ** IT industry - ** - ** ** Customize Preferred Experience to your specific role needs Skills Project coordination, customer service skills, Agile methodology, customer service oriented, process documentation Additional Skills & Qualifications · Directly managed IT projects for an end client preferably an external client · Managed or had exposure to dealing with high level demanding stakeholders · Managed or had exposure to dealing with Procurement departments · Full understanding of risk/issue management and the ability to execute such sessions · Ability to undertake process/situation improvement work including GAP analysis where appropriate · Some experience in a professional services environment including knowledge of both resource and outcome based solutions · Experienced in managing resource-based engagements with large numbers of people · Full understanding of IT development lifecycle Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fayetteville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
