What You'll Do

As an experienced RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record session data
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team
• Engage children in play-based learning
• Support communication, social, and life skills

You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to program development and grow your clinical skill set.

Requirements

✔ Active RBT certification
✔ Experience implementing treatment plans and collecting data
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to pass required screenings
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
✔ No allergies to small farm animals or anything that prohibits extended time outdoors
