Shift: 1st Shift, Monday Friday

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery as required
Diagnose issues using troubleshooting techniques and repair tools
Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment
Conduct routine inspections to identify and prevent potential issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Record and report completed repairs and parts used in maintenance logs
Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment functionality and performance
Always follow safety guidelines and protocols
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any repair-related inquiries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in repair or maintenance is a plus
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
