Located in West Charlotte, we offer rotating quarterly themed tasting menus—such as "Modern Art," "The Wall," and "Terroir"—where every course is paired with a specific song and narrative. We are a Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star establishment, committed to sustainability and social equity. Our wine program is a cornerstone of this experience, specifically highlighting stories not often told.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver the Experience: Guide guests seamlessly through our multi-course tasting menu, perfectly syncing table service with the music playlist, lighting cues, and thematic narratives.
• Execute Flawless Service: Carry out synchronized plate placement, clear courses efficiently, and maintain immaculate counter spaces without breaking the immersive flow of the room.
• Support Beverage Pairing: Assist the Captain and beverage team with pouring wine, sake, and non-alcoholic pairings, speaking knowledgeably about flavor profiles and ingredients.
• Manage Table Precision: Anticipate guest needs proactively, handle allergies and dietary restrictions with absolute precision, and maintain a warm, welcoming, and accessible atmosphere.
• Collaborate Daily: Work in lockstep with the kitchen team and FOH staff during pre-shift briefings to master new menu components, storytelling scripts, and operational details.

What We Look For

• Hospitality Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in elevated casual or fine dining environments. Tasting menu experience is helpful but not required.
• Passion for Storytelling: A magnetic personality with a love for music, art, and culinary creativity, along with the confidence to speak engagingly in front of an intimate group.
• Attention to Detail: High situational awareness, precision in movement, and a keen eye for keeping a clean, orderly dining space.
• Eagerness to Learn: Excitement to study and adapt, as our menus, theme, playlist, and pairings change entirely every quarter.
