Job Title: Medical Biller

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $17–$21/hour

About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is seeking a Medical Biller for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing medical supply company. This role focuses on DME billing and offers a chance to join a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Half-hour lunch break
• Office located in North Charlotte

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and process DME claims accurately and promptly
• Verify patient benefits and communicate with patients as needed
• Ensure claims do not sit for more than 48 hours
• Utilize Brightree software for billing and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing and claims submission (DME preferred or physician billing)
• Familiarity with Brightree software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
