What You'll Do
- Drive daily operations, P&L management, and financial accountability
- Build and mentor high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Champion guest satisfaction and consistent service quality standards
- Oversee food safety, inventory control, and supplier management
- Implement marketing initiatives and operational improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- Three-plus years restaurant management or supervisory experience required
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced dining operations
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
- Natural leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
