Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Remote LCSW Therapist | Full-Time Telehealth Role in North Carolina
Job Summary
The LCSW in this position will work with clients through a secure telehealth platform, helping them identify challenges, build practical coping skills, and make progress toward treatment goals. This is a strong fit for a clinician who enjoys structured outpatient therapy work and is comfortable providing care in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
- Create treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals
- Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and adjustment concerns
- Monitor clinical progress and update care plans when needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
- Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate safety procedures
- Coordinate referrals or additional care resources when clinically appropriate
- Follow HIPAA, state licensure, and telehealth practice standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care
Benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
- Full-time remote position
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2 weeks PTO
