Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their team in 1 of 3 locations. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of their organization by identifying and attracting top talent, partner with hiring leaders, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive full-cycle recruiting strategies that deliver an exceptional candidate experience. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. Hybrid in one of the following cities:

• Charlotte, NC
• Minneapolis, MN
• Tempe, AZ

salary: $38.57 - $38.58 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for banking positions.
• Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate, and displays behaviors and attitudes consistent with Bank Purpose and Core Values.
