As the culinary leader, you'll bring deep expertise in Japanese cuisine and thrive in the fast-paced energy of a scratch kitchen environment. What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in Japanese cuisine, preferably in fine-dining or upscale concepts
- A passion for exploring new culinary trends and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing culinary teams.
- Experience and expertise in a scratch kitchen environment.
