Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking:

Position: Maintenance Tech

Shift: M-F 5am-1pm

8am-5pm

10pm-8:30am

Pay: $15-25/hr

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Overview:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our machines and facility running safely and smoothly. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on equipment and systems in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Always put safety first while performing all tasks.
• Maintain and repair machines (rubber-making, stamping, motors, hydraulics, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance on facility systems like boilers, chillers, and air compressors.
• Inspect tools and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, exit signs, storage tanks).
• Keep work areas clean and follow 6S housekeeping standards.
• Use proper safety gear and follow safety rules (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.).
• Be available to work overtime, weekends, or be on-call if needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read schematics and follow work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Must have electrical and plumbing experience

Physical Needs:

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, climbing, bending, crawling, and working in tight or high spaces.
• Work in various conditions (hot, cold, noisy, dusty, etc.).
