Project Manager - Power & Automation Solutions

We’re recruiting for a Project Manager - Power & Automation Solutions to join our client’s engineering team in Raleigh, North Carolina . This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale projects delivering integrated power and automation solutions for a global innovator in energy-efficient technology. In this role, you’ll manage complex projects from design through implementation, ensuring automation and power systems are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to customer specifications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and power systems into complete turnkey solutions for industrial and renewable energy clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for power and automation system installations.

• Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.

• Oversee documentation, process controls, and compliance standards.

• Drive continuous improvement across project execution and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience managing automation or power projects in industrial or manufacturing settings.

• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and power electronics.

• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or SAP project management tools.

• PMP or PMI certification preferred; Mandarin skills a plus.

Additional Details

• Salary: $110,000–$155,000 base (includes 10% bonus)

• 401(k) match up to 10% with full benefits

• Travel: up to 20% (U.S. and Canada)
