Project Manager - Multi-family

We're looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about construction and ready to take ownership of multifamily projects from start to finish.

We're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence. The ideal candidate brings:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven success managing multifamily construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
What You'll Do:
As part of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering successful projects. You will:
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Proactively identify challenges and keep projects on track
