Maintenance Supervisor – The Complete Package
We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who leads by example and takes pride in keeping a multifamily community operating at its best.
The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to property maintenance. This individual is dependable, energetic, and ready to jump in wherever needed to ensure resident satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- HVAC certified with current EPA certification
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order management
- Strong customer service and resident relations skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
